We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Completed grading sessions and associated files are automatically deleted after a period determined by your subscription plan (30 days for Basic, 90 days for Standard, 180 days for Pro). Premium plan users retain data indefinitely. You will receive an email reminder 7 days before any automatic deletion. You may also delete your sessions and data at any time from within the platform. We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure cloud storage, and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

Neural Grade is intended for use by teachers and educators. Student names and grades may be entered by teachers. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13.
