1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Neural Grade ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Neural Grade is an AI-powered paper grading platform that allows teachers to upload student answer sheets, have them evaluated by AI, and generate marksheets. The Service is operated from Pakistan and is intended for educational use by teachers and institutions.

3. Account Registration

• •You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• •You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• •One account is permitted per teacher. Sharing accounts is not allowed.
• •You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

4. Subscription Plans & Billing

• •Neural Grade offers subscription plans with varying limits on sessions and students.
• •Payments are processed securely through our payment provider. We do not store your card details.
• •Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• •All fees are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated.
• •We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice.
• •Completed sessions are automatically deleted after a retention period based on your plan. You will be notified by email 7 days before deletion.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds may be considered within 7 days of purchase if the Service was not usable due to a technical issue on our end. Contact us at the email below with your request. Refunds are at our sole discretion.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• •Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or violates any third-party rights.
• •Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the Service.
• •Use the Service for any purpose other than legitimate educational grading.
• •Share, resell, or sublicense access to the Service.

7. AI-Generated Results

Neural Grade uses AI models to evaluate student answers. AI-generated grades and feedback are provided as assistance tools and should be reviewed by the teacher before being used as final grades. We do not guarantee 100% accuracy of AI evaluations. Final grading decisions remain the responsibility of the teacher.

8. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you upload (question papers, answer sheets). By uploading content, you grant Neural Grade a limited license to process it solely for the purpose of providing the Service. Neural Grade retains all rights to the platform, software, and branding.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Neural Grade shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 3 months.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Pakistan.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
